 Jyotirmoy Banerjee holds the distinguished position of Lecturer of Law at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R), where he is widely recognized for his extensive experience and profound expertise in the intricate realm of Corporate and Commercial Matters throughout India. With a remarkable portfolio of research contributions, he has been a featured presenter at numerous National and International Conferences, addressing a diverse array of topics encompassing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Environmental Law, Juvenile Law, and Corporate Commercial Laws, thereby firmly establishing himself as a preeminent thought leader within these specialized domains.
